SNS-HDR has stopped loading

I have succesfully used SHS-HDR Home for a long time. I am using the latest version with Vista operating system.

Yesterday it stopped loading up - instead I got a message pop (entitled Splash)up saying " Unhandled exception has occured with your application.If youclick continue the application will ignore this occor and attempt to continue. If you click Quit the application will close immediately.Object reference not set to an instance of an object." It also mentions JIT debugging.
The only way that I can close the box is to Quit - To try to sort this out I have closed SNS and deleted the program via Control Panel; I have reinstalled SNS followed by system reboot. Still the same problem. I have 2 other HDR programs on my computer and they still work without difficulty. But my prefered program, by far, is SNS and I now rarely use the others.
I want to use SNS again - how can I get it to work again.
PS I have a screen shot of the full details of the report generated by the "Splash Box" and can send it in if wanted.

You try to reset the layout of panels with the "Reset dock panels" button.

Cannot reset the layout of panels - when trying to start up I get no further that your Splash Box that says SNSHDR Home.
Hope you can help further.

What is your operating system?

I said Vista operating system when I first contacted you. Is there other detail that you want?

You close SNS-HDR, open directory "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\SNS-HDR" (enter correct user name), and delete file "Layout3.xml" file.

I have done what you say and the program started up straight away and ran well again.
A good program and good support - a rare combination - excellent !
