Error: Cannot decode the raw image

I've bought last version of the software SNS-HDR Home 2.0.
When i try to import some image into the program i receive this error.
I've two cameras and i receive the same error from all two kinds of files.
For example i have taken some shot on one folder (taken by my 5D mk2) and i recevice this error
if i take some others shot from another folder i could not receive the same error.

I would to say that i receive this error from some file and from others no, of the same camera.

Possible that the problem is the path name. Whether the path contains special characters?
