You use easyHDR if it is faster and generates the same images. You do not need faster SNS-HDR.

Could you post some examples? Both softwares to default settings and compute time.

Sorry, Guys... the goal is NOT speed, but picture quality!
I am mostly using SNS BECAUSE the results are excellent, especially for high contrasts!
and YES, that cost money....

Yes, I agree and it's worth every cent.
IMHO SNS beats every other HDR software.

That's why I'm interested in the comparison.

i tested many HDR-programs. it is correct, sns takes more time for loading the images than photomatix. But in sns you have full realtime response when changing parameters. In photomatix the interface is much slower and after every slider change you have to wait, that´s boring. And by the way, for my opinion, the result in sns is much more looking natural and realistic than in pm and the handling of details and highlights is much more precise.

I gave EasyHDR a go a while ago. While it is initially a bit faster than SNS-HDR, changing the parameters takes much more time. And the results of EasyHDR are not nearly as good in my opinion.

... and i forgot to say that easyhdr tends to unpleasent halos when increasing details and/or microcontrast.

Seb has done a great job and good work has to be payed. And all that greedy fools who think they can get other mans work for nothing should sit on their lazy asses and learn how to program their own apps.

Sorry, but EasyHDR is completely different and has big issues with Highlights

Easy HDT made same final image as SNS - HDR. No much differ.
If you don't know how to shot in Highlights...it is your problem.

That's rude.
Takes me about 40 seconds to merge 3 30MP images on my 4-year-old PC.
How about, if you don't have a PC fast enough to render multiple images relatively quickly, "it is your problem"...
