Problem Saving (demo version)

Postby Brock Newman » Wed Jun 13, 2012 1:13 am

Hi, I am just trying the demo/trial version of SNS HDR Pro
as I have heard only good things about it.

My problem is this,
I'm running the trial version through Parallels on my Macbook.. After creating
an HDR image I try to save and receive a message saying it cannot be saved..
After trying to save with both TIFF's and JPEG's I have had no luck.

The photo was taking in Manual setting on my camera, and copied from my Mac OS
to Windows XP through parallels. I imported the file directly from my windows desktop
into SNS and did not move it, so the file location should not be the problem.

Is it not saving because it is a trial version? Will this work if I buy the full program?
Other than not saving, I love how it works and am really excited to invest in it.

Thanks,
Brock

You have installed Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SP2 on Windows XP?

I do not believe so.. unless I did not notice, but I have not updated my XP.. Do you recommend I try it to solve the problem, or are you saying it
could perhaps be the cause of the problem?

Thanks so much!!!
If this works out, you definitely have a new customer.
