Which is the best file format for SNS HDR when using the Lightroom plugin for exporting?

The choices are

1. JPEG, sRGB, Adobe RGB or ProPhoto
2. TIFF, sRGB, Adobe RGB, ProPhoto
3. The original RAW file

RAW or TIFF-16bit for one exposure,
TIFF-16bit for 2 or 3 exposures,
TIFF-8bit or JPEG for more exposures.

That's interesting Sebastian. Can you explain why I should use TIFF-8bit or JPEG for more than 3 exposures? Is it something to do with performance in SNS?

It's not about performance. TIFF 8bit and JPEG are sufficient to provide smooth tonal transitions when using more exposures.

Is there a difference in the end result when using 16bit? Even if it's subtle? Been doing 16bit of 9 exposures .7 stops... I know it's overkill, but trying to produce the best result possible. Be silly if I was doing 16bit for no reason I guess.

The differences will not be visible if you use so many exposures.
