Remove Ghost from selective selections

Hi,
can i remove ghost (of peoples walk) with a selective selections?

When i drag my sequence in SNS-HDR a pop-up ask me (flag option) if I want to activate "Ghosts reduction", but this it does not solve large movements such as the walking of people in a square.

I'm wondering if there is a way to fix it?
