I have done this shot by hand in Photoshop before but using SNS really is much quicker and still gives you the freedom to change a lot of parameters...

It was taken with a Pentax K20D with Sigma 70-300 APO DG Macro. I used A8.0 and made 10 exposures in total. If needed I can dig out what the exposure times were but I think you don't learn much from it. In the EXIF here it says 0.1 s, so I guess that is the darkest one.
