I like to go back and re-process previously rendered images using newer acquired techniques... This image version is derived from an August 2008, single Canon EOS-350D CR2 file that was converted so that no highlight clipping occured and maximum raw data retained using 'dcraw'. Plus/minus 2ev virtual exposures images were created. Noise reduction performed on the -2ev image. The three images were imported into SNS-HDR where they were merged and tone-mapped with a Dramatic preset. Final tone/colors/sharpening were performed using an external editor...
