Version 1.4.22 // geht die Entwicklung weiter?

Was denken andere darüber?

Ideen habe ich noch genug :P

SNS is a HDR program and a superb tonemapper. I don't think it's a good idea to blow it up to a full fledged raw converter. There are other and better programs for this and raw conversion is an art of it's own. I'd like Sebastian to concentrate on the core business and enhance the tonemapping and HDR merging part further, especially deghosting, where SNS still is behind the "big" programs (photoshop and photomatix f.e.). A personal wish would be support for spherical panoramas where the zenith and nadir needs to be taken into account, but that's probably a feature for a minority.

I agree with Erik K... keep the program to what it does best: merge and tone-map with continued de-ghosting improvements and perhaps making available to the user more of the 'dcraw' options that do NOT affect the White Balance, auto-brightnening, and tone-mapping of SNS-HDR like:

-C <r b> .......Correct [laterial] chromatic aberration (typically 0.999 to 1.001)
-P <file> ......Fix the dead pixels listed in this file
-q [0-3] .......Set the interpolation quality (0=Bilinear, 1=VNG, 2=PPG, 3=AHD)
-f ..............Interpolate RGGB as four colors
-m <num> ....Apply a 3x3 median filter to R-G and B-G

'dcraw's " -n <num>" [Set threshold for wavelet denoising (usually best between 100 to 1000)] is already available in SNS-HDR v1.4.22 as user available " -n 0" ... " -n 9".

Graphics card will be used in SNS-HDR 2.0. ATI HD5670 twice speeds up the calculation when is used with i7-2600K 4.5GHz.
