Version 2.1 and opening pictures issue

Hello, I have SNS-HDR Home 1.4 and I downloaded and installed version 2.1
Tried to open some TIF 16bit pictures (saved from Photoshop CS6/Camera Raw 9.1) but version 2.1 shows an error message.
If I open the same pictures with version 1.4 it's OK.
I just tried to open the original CR2 files (Canon Eos 6D) but I have the same issue.

In 1.4 I read "registered to... my name", in version 2.1 no registering data.

Can you open other images in version 2?

Hi Sebastian,
I made other tests, but I cannot open other pictures... on the same internal SSD.
So I copied the full folders (TIF and CR2) on an external USB3 HD and this way it works! I can open all the pictures.
Strange, maybe a permission issue?

I work with Windows7 on Parallels in a MacPro 2014 OSX El Capitan.

What is the full path to the image?

OK! There was a space after the name of the main folder, containing the two folders CR2 and TIF 16bit.

Z:\LAVORI nuovo MacPro\DANORD Settembre 2016 \DANORD 16bit

I deleted the space and now I can open the pictures also from the internal SSD.
Thank you!
