SNS-HDR Forum

Hi all,
I've just installed SNS-HDR Pro yesterday and I've made some basic test.
When I've tried to open a single RAW (NEF) file the program as abended. After that I've not been able to load any more SNS-HDR Pro : after the splash screen is presented, the program stop working and Window ask me to close the program.
I've followed a previous tread where Sebastian ask the OP to delete an .xml file ; doing so, for me, just stop also the splash screen to sort-out.

Please, help a dumb and novice user !

do you have already installed Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 and Visual C++ 2008 SP1

Hi Raiko,

not sure abaout .NET Framework : this day a lot of software package use it. But I've not installed Visual C++2008, for sure.

In the meantime, after some other problem (Microsoft Management Console as stopped working, and so a lot of other things), I've restarted the PC (usual for Microsoft systems), renamed the folder c:\users\name\AppData\Roaming\SNS-HDR as SNS-HDR.old and, after that, I've loaded SNS-HDR successfully (user + code requested)

I see that the error is in the Visual C++ library. You try install Visual C++ 2008 SP1.
