The purchase system/key license is a little odd-frustrating

I assume you have very good reasons for not automatically send the license key.
But from a point of view of User Experience is quite odd.
It is very frustrating to pay (Paypal confirmed) for a thing and... that nothing happens !
The customer have to wait... for how long? Minutes , hours, days?
Does the customer need to send a request with the receipt?
Please inform of all these questions in your order page.
I keep waiting for the license.
