unable to read image data - 360 stitched pano

Hi Sebastian,
I used to be able to import my stitched 32bits Tiffs 360 panos and tonemap them directly in SNS-HDR on my windows machine which i don't have anymore.

currently I'm using SNS-HDR 2.7 pro version on mac OS10.15.7 , so whenever i do import the same panos i get an error (unable to read image data).

I tested .exr and .hdr and they work very fine but not .tiff .. is the support for .tiff dropped ?
I'm asking because i have a lot of 32bits tiff panos already exported and waiting to be processed and not it seems like my only solution is to go back and export them all again as exrs or hdrs.

any advice would be really appreciated.
thank you
Salma

I'm having issues with 32-bit TIFF as well. For me they load, but incorrectly:

Sebastian's reply is.. disappointing. :geek:

I find it's best to render the Pano's as SDR blend planes in 16-bit tiff and let SNS do the merging. Which also avoids losing metadata as opposed to EXR.
