Error on Launch - v2.4.3 (and ealier versions)

When launching SNS HDR 2.4.3 I get the following error message box.
This error has been occurring with few prior installs of the program. Please advise. Thank you.

SNS-HDR does not use the ssleay32.dll library. The missing file is part of iCLS Client software.

is SNS-HDR using iCLS Client? Perhaps I should reinstall iCLS Client? Any recommendation for Win10x64?

SNS-HDR does not use iCLS Client. Try to reinstall this Intel software.
