SNS-HDR Lite tries to connect 213.222.201.150

My firewall claims that SNS-HDR Lite tries to connect to 213.222.201.150 (crl.certum.pl) port 80 while processing photos. I blocked this request and photo processed without any issues. What is the reason for this communication?

SNS-HDR Lite should not connect to Internet address.

So why it tries to? I attached print screen with firewall warning.

I see that at address 213.222.201.150 are available certificate revocation lists. Probably the electronic signature is verified.
