Any chance you will implement the possibility of saving the intermediary .hdr radiance file (or .exr) so that it can be opened and reprocessed without recombining the originals ?

I will add the ability to save the intermediate image, but it will not be a linear HDR image. SNS-HDR does not create a linear HDR images.

That would be helpful. Maybe SNS does not create a linear HDR file, but it sure tonemaps one nicely
