Different files size output when batch-processing

Hi there,

I recently have a problem when I'm batch-processing that i never had before.
When I'm batch-processing my files, the output HDR files have different sizes: most of them are 2798x1864 but some of them are 2797x1864 , 2781x1864 and other sizes..All this make my timelapse shake and I can't find a reason why sns-hdr is cropping my images.
I also tried to convert into Tiff first, resize them into 1920x1080 but for some images the final output is still different.
It's weird because those wrong images comes in small groups, like it process perfectly 70/80 images then there's a group of 10 which are wrong, then back to the right size again.

Does anybody have ever experienced this kind of problem?
Any ideas how to fix it?

Thanks,

Ricky

You disable the image alignment option.
