Having recently acquired a Win10-64bit [latest updates] computer system, I tried "SNS-HDR Pro 2 alpha 3" and "SNS-HDR Pro 1.4.22.1" using a single Fuji X100T RAF file...
1) a single Fuji X100T RAF file was converted to virtual -1.5ev, 0ev, and +1.5ev 16-bit tiffs using Fuji's "Raw File Converter Ex 2.0" with its lens corrections for Chromatic Aberration and Distortion... ...note: my experience with current DCRAW 9.26 based conversions of Fuji X-Trans sensor RAF files while adequate do not have the nuances that can be obtained using Fuji's "Raw File Converter Ex 2.0".
2) the 3 virtual exposure tiffs were dragged/dropped onto a "SNS-HDR Pro 2 alpha 3" desk top icon resulting with the program opening
but failed to open the images in the work space [failed to display an "Open image" dialog]... ...Is this a characteristic of Win10? It does not happen with Vista and a desk top icon for "SNS-HDR Pro 1.4.22.1".
3) the 3 virtual exposures tiffs were then dragged/dropped into the opened "SNS-HDR Pro 2 alpha 3" workspace and the program started to merge/tone-map after selecting "Open image" options...
4) the "SNS-HDR Pro 2 alpha 3" Default preset was used and the resulting sRGB 16-bit tiff saved.
5) for comparison, step3) and step 4) were repeated using "SNS-HDR Pro 1.4.22.1"
6) the resulting "SNS-HDR Pro 2 alpha 3" merge/tone-map image was further processed in an external editor for preference tone, contrast, and color...
The results... ...down-sized/slightly sharpened for illustration/posting purposes:

Observations...
1) the "SNS-HDR Pro 2 alpha 3" resulting image has less contrast and darker tones than that of the"SNS-HDR Pro 1.4.22.1" resulting image... ...but this made it more easy to obtain preference without obvious halos when brightening and increasing contrasts of specific image areas with the external editor...
2) the "SNS-HDR Pro 2 alpha 3" resulting image did not require noise reduction for the sky/cloud image areas as is a preference for the " SNS-HDR Pro 1.4.22.1" resulting image...
3) with a little more experimenting with the editing options of "SNS-HDR Pro 2 alpha 3" Default preset, I believe I could achieve essentially duplicate results as those of the 'external editor'...
4) processing time using "SNS-HDR Pro 2 alpha 3" is greatly reduced when compared to
"SNS-HDR Pro 1.4.22.1" and Vista Home Premium 32-bit...
Sebastian... ...a great achievment... ...your efforts are appreciated... ...looking forward to the non-Alpha/Beta version
