save edits as dng

Hello. I need to upload dng files to my client. Will SNS allow me save my edits as dng's

The DNG file is dedicated to RAW images. There is no point in saving DNG files in SNS-HDR because this format does not provide any benefits. Save in TIFF format if you want a lossless format.

My client does not accept Tiff files, they require me to upload dng's

If you have Adobe Lightroom Classic, you can convert jpeg/tiff (or like that) images to DNG format.
Maybe, free Adobe DNG Converter does do so, but not sure.
