canon raw to sns-hdr

i'd like to develop/prepare my raw files in canon ACR (photoshop cs5) -white balance, chromatic aberration etc- first and then send these prepared RAW files with the new adjustments to sns-hdr pro(32 bit) as RAW files. any idea how to accomplish things? thanks!

I don't believe that you can change Raw-Files and then save them...will be TIFF I mean

You save the image in the 16-bit DNG format or OpenEXR format.
