TIFF VS RAW Different output

Hello I have had some alignment issues. So I loaded the raw photos into photoshop Algined them by hand then and saved them as TIFF FILES.

The results when run through SNS HDR are very different.

1 anyway to align photos by hand within SNS hdr?

2 I have saved the TIFF Files as 16 bit files - any other settings I should check to make sure things process the same?

You cannot manually align images in current version.
TIFF and RAW images may produce slightly different results.
