ghosting problems

very new to SNS-HDR but I'm trying to work out the best way to reduce ghosting when shooting in public spaces.
Attached is an example of a 10 photo HDR and trying to work out the best way to reduce the ghosting, are there any settings I'm missing? For example the guy on the left is only in one of the photos and was hoping SNS would mask him out or can i do it somehow within SNS?
