batch processing problem

I took some pictures of a window in 4 different exposure.
4 different exposures for 6 images hdr -----> total 24 images.
Images are put in the right order obviously.
when i start the batch processing i configure these options (see attachment)
This is the first image i have.....what's wrong? : D (attachment 2)

pictures are .NEF file...the raw format of nikon.
