Batch processing makes images look different

I am doing some tests with large panorama images, both 360 and Gigapixel images, they are in most cases so large after stitching that SNS can not open or save them.
So what I wanted to do was to process the bracketed images before I stitch them, however even with the same settings I am getting very different results from the images, especially if images only have sky in them they will turn out very differently to images of the ground.
Is there no way to make batch images get the same treatment/settings based on settings that have been assigned. Or will it always try and adjust based on each set of images individually.
