New Order Activations

I have just read a number of messages on this section of the forum board. It is apparent that the SNS-HDR process/workflow for sending licensing information is causing many customers angst. Customers expect to receive licensing codes immediately after entering an order. That is the standard industry practice. At a minimum, it'd be great to get confirmation within 5 minutes that your order with SNS-HDR has been received and that a license will be issued shortly.
You can see how many people are confused and worried and have sent in emails to this forum board that their orders sometimes are taking more than 10-15 hours to process licensing keys. I am sure that SNS-HDR has a lot going on, however, this first impression is not a positive one.
