Hi Sebastian.

I am trying to load al equirrectangular TIFF image (10.000 x 5.000 pixel) Aprox 390 MB.

But in the middle of the progress bar that indicates the load the program crases and shows: "Undefined Error"

My sistem:
i7
16 GB ram
SNS-DHR PRO

Any idea how can fix that?

Thanks and good job, SNS-HDR if the best hdr soft I have used

Hello fuzzylogic
Using a jpeg to make an HDR? Use jpeg is not a solution. I need a 16 bit tiff image to have a wide dynamic range.

The causes may be different but probably missing RAM. You try to use SNS-HDR Pro 2 Alpha 1.

Thanks Sebastian.

Mysteriously the problem has been resolved and now works perfectly. From what I gather it is a temporary problem was my PC has been resolved himself (I tried to reboot but the continued failure).

Thank you for recommending the Alpha1 version, I'll try.
