HDR-SNS Lite 1.4.22.1 doesn't work anymore

I used SNS-HDR Lite a few times, but now it doesn't work anymore.
When I click on the icon, the window pops up for a second and then it's closed without any message.
My system works with Win7 64bit. .NET Framework 3.5.1 is active and .NET Framework 4.5.1 is also on the machine.
I'm clueless.
