Images taken with Canon 6D have a magenta hue

I have recently changed from using Canon 60D to a Canon 6D and have found that the HDR images created are all of a magneta hue. Tried reprocessing images taken with the 60D and they come out fine. So it appears to be something to do with the difference in the RAW files created by the two cameras. I am using V1.4.22 running under Windows 8.1. I have tried re-downloading and installing SNS HDR Pro and it makes no difference. Other HDR applications do not have the same problem with the 6D images. Any ideas on how to fix?

You download latest version of dcraw and copy to the SNS directory.

Thanks Sebastian, that has sorted the problem.
