The error is that a year has passed since the last update and the world of photography inexorably progressing but is stuck SNS. Currently I use the Fuji X-E1 and I can not deal directly RAW SNS. No wonder because other development programs are not too fine with this Fuji system.
Sebastian, the program is becoming obsolete and you later we will have to dispense with your program because it will be useless. A pity. I hope this does not happen.

You download latest version of dcraw and copy to the SNS-HDR directory.

The above linked dcraw version provided by Sebastian is 9.19...

Perhaps you missed this thread/posts re dcraw v9.17 and v9.19 that implements a "3-pass X-Trans interpolation": http://www.sns-hdr.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1382&p=2975#p2973 and may find it useful background information...

...as well as this comparison with dcraw v9.17 which used a "Bilinear/VNG interpolation" for X-Trans sensors found here: http://www.ncplus.net/~birchbay/tutorials/x-trans/index.htm

Dcraw v9.19 was recently released by DCoffin on June 16, 2013; incorporates "Frank Markesteijn's algorithm for Fuji X-Trans sensors"; and "Fix(es) green spots when half-sizing Fuji X-Trans images" so developers have not necessarily have had time to implement this updated 'dcraw' that has a specific interpolation method for Fuji's non-traditional X-Trans senor array... ...you should start to see improved 3rd party conversion software for X-Trans sensor cameras...

For the latest listing of dcraw v9.19 supported cameras see the bottom of DCoffin's "Decoding raw digital photos" web page: http://www.cybercom.net/~dcoffin/dcraw/
