Hello Sebastian,
I purchased SNSHDR Pro 1.4.4. Am I entitled to update to 1.4.5 for free? In that case, what would be the procedure?
Regards
Marcos

I can't get the "Edit image in external editor" to work. Everything looks like it is going to work, but nothing ever happens. The editor does not load. In the apparent pull-down menu under the "Edit image in external editor" the name of the editor shows but I can't click on it to load the editor. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

I'm prompted to save the file (even though I'd just saved it). After saving the file and overwriting what's already there, my external editor opens with the image pre-loaded.
If I don't re-save the file, the external editor does not open.

You are correct. When I now click on the "Edit image in external editor" button, it asks me to save the file being worked on in SNS-HDR and then loads my editor. It didn't seem to do do that earlier. Something has changed. Before trying it after reading your post, I first saved the file using the Save button and then tried to load the file in my editor. It prompted me to again save the file and, after I complied, it loaded the file in my editor (SNS-HDR did stay open). That is the only thing that I did differently this time. We'll await an explanation from Sebastian. It is certainly a fail safe that it requires you to save the file. Thanks for you help

Why do you think that you should not save an image file before opening an external editor?
