Command Line Batch Custom Preset

we enjoy your tonemapping algorithms for our real-estate business on a very professional level. We are processing files for individual projects in massive amounts, some projects have over 300 HDRs. Most of them could be processed fully automatically in batch mode. As we use our own presets for each project and specially different areas with different presets we rely highly on custom presets.
Currently we use only manual batching. As our business grows, we need more computers (and obviously more SNS licences), we want to use the command line for a fully automatic process. Unfortunately we see only default presets in the command line help as choice.
Is there a way to use our own preset config files as base for command line batch processing?
