Masking input?

I have a 3-bracket of sky, waves and land. I would like to use SNS-HDR to bring out the details, but my breaking waves looks weird. Not surprisingly, since there is chaotic movement between my frames.
Is there any way to use masks in order to select which input file shal contribute to regions of my HDR file? (I am hoping to use only a single file for the waves, as that should be sharp, choosing the one that is brightest exposed while not clipping).
