SNS-HDR pro problem with Alpha channel transparency

I had a problem loading EXR with alpha channel in SNS HDR pro v 1.4.22. I have a black background instead of transparency, thus the background has a degradation color because of toning. I need to batch process tonne mapping hundred of EXR, it is important to keep transparency.
Does SNS hdr alpha version supports transparency?
it is important for me to use SNS-HDR in pipeline flow, but switching to another tool would be bad
