Can't save the file

Hello. I purchased a full pro version,. I received the url for the set up file, navigated to it, and downloaded the SNS-HDR_Pro.exe file. I clicked on the file and installed the program. But when I open the program, I am still in demo mode, and cannot enter the registration user name or key. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

You're still running the demo version. Uninstall all versions and reinstall the full version from the link.
